Meet Monica Lynne, one of our sex experts at Flirtini! Monica is a Seattle based LMHC, AASECT-certified Sex, Intimacy and Relationship Therapist who also comes to us with 10 years of experience as a high school sex educator. Additionally, she is an ACSM certified Fitness Instructor, Nutritionist and Wellness Coach to round out her approach to overall health. 

In her therapeutic work, Monica uses various evidence-based methods including ACT, IFS, EFT, Polyvagal Theory, etc. Before switching to private practice, Monica worked in education and community-based sexual health programs. All of her professional experience over the past 30 years continues to inform her work today, especially when clients come to her to explore their identity and ask questions about intimacy and relationship dynamics. 

She helps people with struggles like infidelity recovery, processing sexual trauma, navigating non-monogamy or simply learning to express desires and set boundaries more clearly. Her practice affirms LGBTQIA+ identities and welcomes all forms of consensual relationship structures.
